Have had trash service in Eastvale for 8 years and never had a problem. WM has always been reliable, takes our sometimes marginal trash, replaces our containers on request and is easy to reach. Called them today to replace a container that went missing. WM said it was picked up by them because our bill hadn't been paid and our account was closed. WM didn't send us a bill or notice and we never called them. Regardless, the girl I talked to was extremely nice and resolved our issue quickly.
